Donnie Hathaway is very patient, caring, trustworthy, and a honorable person. I have only known him since he walked in the door in mid April of 2017 to sell my condo. I have a tendency to be controlling and forgetful. I was also out of state during most of the period of time my condo was on the market and being shown. Donnie continued to go above and beyond by checking on the condo for me. He stayed in contact via telephone and email and kept me updated on the number of showings, and made sure everything was in place and safe. He made special trips to the property to meet the movers so they could bring boxed for packing, meet a repairman, and multiple other trips (I said I was forgetful). He provided numerous open houses and he was even especially considerate of my two cats. I’m not sure I had any right to, but I felt as if Donnie was a friend as much as he was my real estate agent. I will certainly recommend him to all of my friends for their real estate needs.
